ASSESSMENT

Experts from Blue Marlin meet with senior IT management to determine the scope, duration and specific goals of the outsourcing relationship.  During this phase budgets, Service Level Agreements (SLA s)  and schedules are finalized for  the orderly transition to the Blue Marlin Team.



KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

In this phase, business process and technical  experts from Blue Marlin meet with their client counterparts to  facilitate knowledge transfer and  document  the company’s processes. Change Management experts from Blue Marlin can also assist in  formulating and communicating a  transition plan to the users. 



GO LIVE

The transfer to Blue Marlin’s support  is complete.  Outsourced support takes over along with monthly monitoring of  key metrics as mandated by the SLA.
